Kenny loves to laugh and find small joys throughout the day. He is a seasoned musician and is most in his element with a guitar in his hands and a microphone at his lips. He is a husband and father of three (ages 9, 16, and 21) in a blended family. Kenny is a recent Bay Area transplant, fulfilling a lifelong dream of moving to California from his home outside Boston, MA. He is an avid reader, sun worshipper, taco lover, and novice rock climber.

Professionally, Kenny is a holistic therapist who believes in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. He works with clients to explore the intersection of these three areas, supporting them in finding meaning and purpose while also making sense of their past and personal development.

Kenny has worked in the mental health field for the past three years, with experience spanning inpatient psychiatric care for children and adolescents, school-based therapy, and residential treatment. He places a strong emphasis on in-person therapy and believes the energy of the therapy space is an important part of the work. He primarily sees clients in person at our Berkeley office, and also offers hybrid and telehealth sessions for those who are unable to attend weekly. He is especially drawn to working with young adults, children, families, and parents, and values supporting those in caregiving roles.
