Kiri moves through the world with humor, tenderness, and a deep reverence for authenticity and truth. She is biracial (Chinese and Irish), bisexual, a partner, a step-mom, and an earthy goofball at heart. Kiri wears her weird on the inside, though it reveals itself once you get to know her. She spends her free time gardening, painting, hiking, making ceramics, watching movies, and cuddling with her cats. A deeply mystical and spiritual seeker, Kiri found her spiritual home in Buddhism and Taoism. She believes healing is a process of creating—and returning to—a home within yourself.

As a spiritual somatic therapist, she works collaboratively and integrates relational, attachment-based, existential, and trauma-informed frameworks. Her orientation is shaped by liberation psychology: a decolonial and anti-oppressive approach that invites us to unlearn harmful narratives imposed by dominant culture and reconnect with our authentic selves, cultural roots, and community. She weaves Eastern wisdom traditions—including Buddhism, Taoism, non-dualism, Tai Chi, yoga, and meditation—with modern psychotherapy.

Kiri has advanced training in Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Brainspotting, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Hakomi. These modalities form the foundation of her work alongside mindfulness-based somatic practices. She specializes in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy and psychedelic integration. Her clinical focus includes childhood and complex trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, harm reduction, attachment wounding, and personal and spiritual empowerment.

Kiri works with deep feelers, creatives, empaths, introverts, spiritual seekers, people healing attachment wounds, those navigating hormone-related mental health challenges, and queer, trans, polyamorous, kinky, and identity-diverse communities seeking a spiritual, somatic, and holistic path to healing.
